We exclusively use 100% top-grain and full-grain bovine leather sourced from premium tanneries. We never use bonded leather, vinyl, or synthetic alternatives.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For custom, made-to-order pieces, the current lead time is approximately 8 to 12 weeks depending on leather availability.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
Yes, we provide premium White Glove Delivery which includes bringing the sofa into your room of choice, professional assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
How do I maintain and clean my leather sofa?
We recommend dusting regularly with a dry cloth and applying a high-quality leather conditioner every 6-12 months. Avoid direct sunlight and harsh chemicals to prevent fading or cracking.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all standard stock items. Please note that custom-made orders are subject to a restocking fee and must be returned in original condition.
Do your sofas come with a warranty?
Every Leather Sofa Co. piece includes a limited lifetime warranty on the hardwood frame and spring system, along with a 5-year warranty on the leather upholstery against manufacturing defects.
