At The Leather Sofa Co., we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. If your new sofa isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for all standard collection pieces.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the leather furniture is in its original, pristine condition and securely wrapped in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Scheduled Collection

  Our specialized white-glove furniture movers will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time and perform a brief on-site inspection of the item.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item returns to our warehouse and passes a final quality assessment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
